The marshmallows can be kept for a long time, but of course they are best when fresh. Store them in a sealed container. They can simply be stored at room temperature. They will then keep for at least two months after receipt. Do not throw them away after that either, but after a month the creaminess of the fresh mallow will wear off somewhat.

We ship the mallows within 1 to 3 working days. We normally ship the mallows as soon as possible. But due to crowds or if we are still going to produce them, it may take a little longer, but no longer than 3 days. We ship with Postnl. They usually deliver the day after shipment.

We send a track & trace so that the parcel can be followed.

If the delivery time is longer, we will contact you.

Delivery date

You can also indicate a desired delivery date when placing your order. We will then ship the day before delivery. Delay is always a risk with parcel post. If you do not want your parcel to be late, order on time and have it delivered earlier.

We deliver on Mondays to Saturdays. However, we only deliver to business addresses on Mondays. If we send a parcel with Postnl on Friday, it will be delivered to private addresses on Saturday and to business addresses on Monday.

The delivery costs are € 5.95 within the Netherlands. For amounts over 45 euros we deliver free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We also ship to almost all countries in Europe. The costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.

We do our best to make sustainable choices. In the food industry, this is not always easy because products need to be hygienically packaged and this is often done in plastic packaging. But the card in the box, for instance, is made of recycled paper, no plastics or coatings in the box and the plastic bag that holds the marshmallow is made of recycled plastic. We have tried to come up with a concept where we need to use as little plastic as possible.

Even in production, we try to avoid waste as much as possible and make good choices in ingredients.

Almost all marshmallows are gluten-free. In addition, the allergens are listed with the product. 

We do not use proteins in the marshmallows.

However, there may always be traces of gluten, protein or nuts. We do use these in our production area. Of course, we work cleanly and try to keep this well separated.

The marshmallows are Halal. Gelatine that is Halal is used in the marshmallows. (derived from the skin of beef).

No, the marshmallows are not vegan. We hope to offer this in the future, but we are still in a testing phase with this.

We do not use proteins in the marshmallows, but gelatine is used, which is not vegan.
